Baptists Rigged For Tall Ships OutreachÂ
I was assigned to cover this event at the last minute just before I was to leave with my husband for vacation to see the Pepsi Sail in Beaufort Inlet. I gladly accepted the assignment. My husband and I observed and photographed the parade of tall ships from a speed boat in the inlet and later when they were docked. We also covered two churches in Morehead City that participated in events during the celebration. This was the highlight of my employment at the Biblical Recorder.
